Description

We are all familiar with some of J.B. Dickson’s more famous dances such as The Luckenbooth Brooch and The Wind on Loch Fyne, but did you know he named a dance after that pesky Scottish insect, the” Highland Midge” and another after the Scottish staple meal “Mince and Tatties”?

In this workshop, you will be taught some of Dickson’s lesser-known dances by the dedicated teachers of our Branch, with Jean Dodds as coordinator.

Please speak to your class teacher if you are unsure whether the level of dancing required is suitable for you.

Fees may be paid by cash on the day, or by Electronic Funds Transfer. Details for EFT: BSB: 105-900 Account: 950755040.

If using EFT, please email treasurer@rscdsadelaide.org.au with your name and JB Dickson.
