We want everyone to feel safe and welcome - please stay home if you are unwell or injured. Most groups provide hand sanitiser for dancers to use. We also have a Dancer Impairment Guideline, to keep you and other dancers safe.

Core Dances for 2026

The Teachers' Panel have chosen the core dances for 2026. All regular dancers will have the opportunity to learn these dances, which may be included on social programs and the Adelaide Scottish Ball.
